Every class begins with a safe, professional functional-fitness warm-up ideal for ages 2 to 80+.

Thanks to years of teaching experience we offer the best suited training programmes:

​

· Preschool Ballet (Toddler & Junior Ballet) (age 2+) - where movement, special awareness, coordination, functional strength, balance and friendships come together in a new adventure every week.

 

· Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus (4.5+) with graded levels from Pre-Primary through Grade 8 (including free movement & character dance), plus advanced Vocational Grades, each culminating in annual exams to build technique, musicality, artistry, and achievement recognition. RAD gives a globally recognised classical foundation.

 

· Royal Ballet School ATAP  (5 yrs +) with bi-annual assessments, creative, holistic training taught by RBS-affiliated teacher (Miss Emma). ATAP nurtures artistry in a flexible teacher-led format. The programs include body conditioning, ballet vocabulary and creative practice/choreographic studies.

 

· Contemporary Dance (Children & Teen Classes) innovative fusion with modern technique, floor work, improvisation, and storytelling. It fosters creative, expressive movement beyond tradition.

 

· Adult Ballet (18+) - rediscover ballet in a supportive, non-competitive setting—perfect whether you're a complete beginner or rekindling a passion.

· Silver Swans ® (55+) including Dance Repertoire Classes - brings ballet back to life for adults, through low-impact, joyful dance classes. Perfect for mature adults rediscovering ballet or starting fresh in a mindful, supportive community.

 

Many students also deepen their strength and technique with Progressing Ballet Technique™.
