Enrolment

For enrolments please complete the form (right) and submit to info@bluebirdsballetschool.com

Disenrollment

For disenrollment please ensure you notify the school via email 4 weeks before the new term commences, to avoid a 4 week cancellation charge. Fees are payable on the last day of the term for the following term to guarantee your child’s place.

Please email info@bluebirdsballetschool.com to notify us of any changes to your circumstances.

Fees

After a one-off free trial, you will be invoiced for the balance of the term. Fees are payable in advance for the term or balance of the term. Payments can be made by online or over the phone.

Please note there is a one-off fee for registration and insurance of £20 which covers you indefinitely.

Refund Policy

Missed classes are not refundable, however we allow a maximum of two catch- up classes per term. Should we need to cancel a class due to weather or illness, you will be offered a catch- up class. A 4 week notice is required to withdraw a child from classes. Email info@bluebirdsballetschool.com to book a catch-up lesson or notify us of any changes to your enrolment to avoid automatically re-enrolment charges.
